SUNDAY | Welcome to Sardinia & Technical Briefing
Arrival in Santa Maria Navarrese (NU), hotel check-in, welcome dinner, and overnight stay.
Afternoon: Practical practice session on rope maneuvers with the Mountain Guide, logisitics crate packing, and gear check.
MONDAY > FRIDAY | The Trek
- Stage 1: Santa Maria Navarrese to Us PiggiusStats: ~12 km | +850 mHighlights: Coastal departure to Pedra Longa, ascent along the dramatic Cengia Giradili, and a traditional Sardinian shepherd’s dinner at a local ovile.
- Stage 2: Us Piggius to Porto Pedrosu (or Cuau)Stats: ~8 km | +150/200 mHighlights: Scenic walk above the massive cliffs of Ginnirico, crossing Bacu Tenadili via ancient juniper scale ladders, and your first easy rock scrambles.
- Stage 3: Porto Pedrosu to Cala Mariolu (or Su Tasaru)Stats: ~12 km | +650 mHighlights: Postcard views of Cala Goloritzè and its iconic limestone needle, refreshing swims, and arrival at one of the Mediterranean's most famous beaches.
- Stage 4: Cala Mariolu to PadenteStats: ~13 km | +700 mHighlights: Panoramic ridge walk toward Punta Mudaloru, exhilarating abseils, and climbing steps high above the sea.
- Stage 5: Padente to Cala Sisine & Hotel ReturnStats: ~15 km | +600 mHighlights: The final memorable leg through narrow canyons and vertical rappels (with a potential detour to the hidden gem of Cala Biriala). The grand finale: A triumphant return by RIB boat to Santa Maria Navarrese, hotel relaxation, and a celebratory farewell dinner!

Breakfast at the hotel, goodbyes, and individual departures.

- INCLUDED: First and last night in hotel, all meals (breakfasts, lunches, and dinners including the traditional shepherd’s dinner), 5 days of professional Mountain Guide escort, shared technical gear (ropes, tents, stoves), return RIB boat ride from Cala Sisine, and the farewell dinner.
- NOT INCLUDED: Round-trip travel to Sardinia. (We are happy to assist you in organizing ferry or flight arrangements).
NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Pace & Philosophy: No rushing. The pace is designed to enjoy the journey, take photos, listen to the guide's stories, and take a dip whenever conditions allow.
- "Zero Weight" Logistics: Every evening, the support boat delivers our base camp, fresh food, and luggage. During the day, you only carry a lightweight daypack (25–30 L).
- Weather & Safety: The Mountain Guide may adapt stages based on weather conditions and group fitness to ensure complete safety at all times.

- Daypack: 25–30 liters (with rain cover).
- Camp & Night: Sleeping bag (comfort 5–10°C), sleeping pad (8 cm recommended), small pillow, headlamp with spare batteries.
- Clothing: Broken-in trekking boots, waterproof jacket (Gore-Tex), lightweight down jacket/fleece, comfortable evening wear, sandals/flip-flops.
- Sun & Sea: Swimwear, micro-towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, after-sun lotion, insect repellent.
- Kitchen & Hydration Kit: Water bottle (at least 2L), mess kit/tupperware, cup/mug, and cutlery.
